Scrap NRPF – Social Security for Migrants – June 2020 campaign call

“No Recourse to Public Funds” (NRPF) is a condition imposed on many migrants with and without visas or leave to remain, denying them access to the social safety net – to social housing and many other benefits. The results are inhumane, unjust and serve to divide and undermine workers – we believe Labour must pledge to #scrapNRPF and demand social safety net equality for all migrants. This is a recording of the introductions to an online meeting we hosted on 18 June 2020, featuring:
